Geotech is proud to introduce the GT D-617 α -Spec Driver. The GT D-617 α -Spec Driver is designed to help the player make better contact by squaring up to the ball more consitently for more efficient energy transfer and increased ball speeds. Better players sometimes struggle with the head squaring too quickly causing pulls and hooks. The GT D-617 α -Spec Driver center of gravity is optimized to focus on squaring to the ball and grabbing the ball with maximum energy for more distance and a straighter trajectory. The new variable thickness face is designed to work in synergy with a shorter center of gravity design. The new variable thickness face has been redesigned by changing the thickness around the heel area to increase the sweet spot and improve overall distance. Moreover a newly designed HA Adapter allows adjustment of the lie and loft angles: lie: +/-0,4° and loft: +/-0,8°. Non-Conforming: Ultra high rebound head with high repulsion performance and great impact feeling are simultaneously achieved by utilizing a new DAT55 Titanium face for a larger sweetspot and increased performance over the previous model. Variable weight design: allows users to alter the overall club length and match swing weight properly without effecting swing feel and performance. reduce weight: replace standard 12g screw by lighter 8g or 4g screw (Mod.
